Junior & Senior Investment Brokers – International Property Sales

We are expanding our international property sales team and are now recruiting ambitious Junior and Senior Property Brokers to join a fast-growing, performance driven brokerage.
Our current focus is a premium off-plan residential development in Mostki, Poland, just outside Warsaw. However, this is part of a wider international portfolio, and successful brokers will have access to multiple high quality developments across key growth markets.
This is an opportunity to sell structured, ROI backed property investments not just real estate.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound investor enquiries
* Conducting professional investment consultations
* Presenting financial projections and ROI breakdowns
* Selling off-plan property to UK and overseas clients
* Managing deals from reservation through to exchange
* Building long-term relationships with repeat investors
We are looking for brokers who understand how to sell property as an investment asset focusing on returns, growth and strategy.
Junior Investment Broker
Ideal for candidates with:
* Sales experience (property helpful but not essential)
* Confidence speaking with clients
* Strong work ethic and resilience
* Ambition to build a six-figure career
Full training provided covering product knowledge, market fundamentals, financial modelling and closing techniques.
Senior Investment Broker
We are looking for experienced sales professionals with:
* Proven success in property investment or high-ticket sales
* Experience selling off-plan or international property (preferred)
* Ability to work with experienced and high-net-worth investors
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
* Consistent billing history
Senior brokers receive priority stock allocation, enhanced commission structures and progression opportunities.
