We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, possessing the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and equipment to diagnose and fix mechanical issues
* Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly welcome
* Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot vehicle problems welcome
* Conduct welding tasks when necessary for repairs welcome
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicle issues effectively
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients professionally
- Ability to handle heavy lifting involved in automotive repairs
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for repairs
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance within an automotive setting
- Familiarity with interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes
