You will work in close partnership with stakeholders across customer teams, central functions, and operational sites to ensure that all technical requirements are met and exceeded.
This role is pivotal in driving product safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting commercial and innovation strategies./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pul liLead all technical activities for assigned customer(s) across all product categories./li liDevelop and implement the technical strategy aligned with customer expectations./li liEnsure compliance with customer Codes of Practice (COPs) and legal standards./li liMonitor and report on technical KPIs and customer complaints, identifying trends and driving improvements./li liManage serious complaints, enforcement actions, and incident investigations./li liEnsure sites are audit-ready and support successful customer audits and onboarding of new sites./li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams and internal stakeholders./li liSupport NPD and process trials to ensure successful, right-first-time product launches./li liIdentify and deliver mutual cost-saving initiatives./li liStay informed on relevant legislation and collaborate with customers on industry lobbying efforts./li liSupport business transformation projects, including product relocations./li liRepresent the technical function in customer visits, reviews, and cross-functional meetings./li liContribute to the Technical Excellence Programme and Quality/Technical Pillar Book initiatives./li/ulpstrongEssential Criteria:/strong/pul liMinimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing technical role within FMCG./li liDegree or equivalent in a relevant discipline./li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills./li liHighly analytical with excellent project management and presentation abilities./li liHands-on leadership style with the ability to set direction and drive results./li liSelf-motivated, resilient, and tenacious under pressure./li liProven track record of meeting customer KPIs and SLAs./li liBroad technical knowledge across food manufacturing operations./li liExperience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities./li/ulpstrongDesirable Criteria:/strong/pul liExperience in the Meat, Fish, Poultry (MFP) sector./li liBackground in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams./li/uld02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
