Are you an experienced CRM Developer with strong HubSpot expertise and a passion for building scalable systems? The National Learning Group, a rapidly expanding online tutoring company specialising in Mathematics, English, Science, and more, is looking for a motivated HubSpot CRM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the development, optimisation, and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring it supports our growing operations and provides a seamless experience for staff, tutors, and students.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM Development: Build, configure, and maintain HubSpot objects, workflows, pipelines, and integrations to support business processes across sales, marketing, operations, and tutoring.
* Automation & Workflows: Design and implement scalable automations for lead management, student onboarding, tutor allocation, and reporting.
* Custom Integrations: Develop and manage API connections between HubSpot and external platforms ensuring reliable and secure data flows.
* Data Management: Oversee data accuracy and hygiene within HubSpot, including deduplication, validation rules, and reporting structures.
* Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards and custom reports to give teams real-time visibility into performance and progress.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate with management and operational teams to map workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve.
* Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for HubSpot configurations, integrations, and processes.
* Support & Training: Provide technical support to staff, ensure best practices are followed, and deliver training on CRM usage when required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CRM Developer or Administrator, with a focus on HubSpot (2+ years preferred).
* Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM objects, workflows, automations, and API integrations.
* Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot CMS (desirable but not essential).
* Experience working with third-party integrations (for example, payment processors, educational platforms).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Education:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred, not essential).
Experience:
* HubSpot CRM: 2 years (required)
* API/Integration development: 1 year (preferred)
Preferred But Not Required:
* Familiarity and experience with data protection laws.

Additional Information:
