Key Responsibilities Include:

* Managing stock, parts procurement, and supplier relationships
* Liaising with operations to ensure vehicle availability aligns with scheduling needs

* Strong mechanical background (buses, coaches, HGV or similar)
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
* Previous experience in a supervisory or engineering management role
* Solid understanding of DVSA compliance and workshop best practices
* A track record of achieving or improving MOT first-time pass rates
* Full UK driving licence (PCV licence beneficial but not essential)
* Willingness to travel between sites regularly using the company vehicle
Whats on Offer:
* Full-time, permanent position within a growing family business
* Monday to Friday schedule (7:00 AM 5:00 PM)
* Competitive salary based on experience
* Company car for multi-site responsibilities
* Excellent long-term career prospects
* Supportive working environment with a close-knit team culture
