Job Title: Graduate HSE Advisor
Reporting to: HSE Manager
Location: Dungannon
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 39.75hrs per week
We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Dungannon. We currently have an opportunity for a Graduate HSE Advisor.
Position Details
Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager you will support the HSE function, with practical, and administrative duties.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. To assist with administration of incident management, accident reporting, HSE statistics, HSE KPIs.
2. Assist the HSE team with incident investigations, claim management and other confidential reporting.
3. Maintain and update the HSE data management system.
4. Collaboration with site teams; leadership, production, logistics, purchasing to ensure up to date HSE information.
5. Attendance at relevant site meetings to take minutes and actions.
6. To coordinate and assist the site HSE training requirements.
7. To maintain records and assist the site for administration requirements.
8. To process purchase orders and resolving invoices providing assistance on purchase order queries.
9. To coordinate and assist external occupational health provider to schedule on site occupational health reviews.

About you
Essential Criteria
10. Minimum of GCSE level to include English and Math’s at grade ‘C’ or an equivalent.
11. Due to graduate or have recently graduated with a minimum 2:2 degree in Environmental Health or equivalent
12. Excellent IT skills and advanced in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or equivalent.
13. Knowledge and experience of data management systems.
Desirable Criteria
14. Experience in a health and safety tasks such as Risk Assessments and Incident investigation would be desirable.
15. IOSH training or equivalent.
16. Experience of ERP systems.
