The job itself
A lady with some mobility difficulties is looking for a carer in Beverley. The role will involve assistance with attending appointments, accompanying her on weekly shopping trips as well as social outings in the community. The lady is a cat owner and is looking for a proactive and positive person to assist her.
The hours of work are flexible, and this can be discussed at interview, however this will be a 2-hour block session early afternoon once per week.
Additional hours available for cover immediately due to long term sick of current worker – therefore hours available could be 10 per week during this period as a fixed term measure.
Must have a driver’s license and use of own vehicle.
DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post – Cost to be met by the local authority.
