The job: As a key/visible member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive support to the wider business.
This role is ideal for someone currently studying towards CIMA/ACCA with good technical skills and commercial awareness who brings solid hands-on experience and a passion for continuous improvement.

Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing clear insight to stakeholders.
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
Work closely with operational teams to understand performance and drive improvements.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person: Part-qualified status (CIMA/ACCA) with proven experience in a management accounting role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working with large data sets and financial systems.
