About the Role
An established technology organisation is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to support its go-to-market teams through data-driven insight, process optimisation, and operational strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, helping to improve performance, scalability, and alignment across commercial functions.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic insight and recommendations based on data analysis across commercial teams
* Build and maintain reporting on key performance metrics across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
* Partner with cross-functional teams to improve alignment and operational efficiency
* Design and support incentive compensation models
* Define and optimise sales processes, workflows, and policies
* Improve data quality, automation, and system usage across teams
* Support onboarding and enablement of commercial teams on tools, pricing, and processes
* Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with product teams
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency
* Prepare and present performance insights to senior leadership
* Support tooling decisions and implementation across go-to-market functions
* Assist with resource planning based on revenue targets and forecasts
Requirements
* Proven experience in Revenue Operations or similar commercial operations roles
* Experience building or scaling RevOps functions in growing organisations
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Solid commercial awareness and understanding of go-to-market dynamics
* Experience working with CRM and RevOps tooling (e.g. Salesforce)
* Process-oriented mindset with a focus on optimisation and scalability
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Desirable
* Experience in scaling organisations through key growth phases
* Hands-on technical capability to support tooling, automation, or integrations
* Experience working across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing functions
