The Opportunity A well-established, growing operational business is seeking an HR Advisor to join on a fixed-term basis, supporting a multi-site workforce.
Responsibilities
* Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve business performance.
* Advise and support managers on HR policies and best practice.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
* Manage HR admin, records, reporting, and employee life cycle.
* Support performance management, absence tracking, and HR projects.
* Act as a key HR contact across multiple sites.
* Support HR projects and organisational initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Confident working both independently and as part of a wider HR team.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
* Able to build effective relationships with managers at all levels.
* Experience within operational, logistics, manufacturing or retail environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
