Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Licensing Technical Officer to join our team on-site in Hertford. The position involves providing technical support and assistance in the licensing field, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will analyze technical data, communicate with stakeholders, and handle licensing-related processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to examine and interpret technical data, assess compliance, and provide accurate evaluations.
* Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients both verbally and in writing.
* Proficiency in Technical Support to address licensing-related inquiries and problem-solving aptitudes within a technical framework.
* Customer Service skills to provide outstanding support and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Experience and knowledge of Laboratory Skills related to technical processes would be beneficial.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
* Familiarity with licensing regulations or related technical fields is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
