Hays are excited to be working with a growing manufacturing organisation based in the Warrington area leading in their field, to find a hands-on, proactive HSE Lead to cover 2 sites nearby in the region.
This is an exciting role for a HSE professional to manage processes and make Health & Safety their own on these sites.
To be successful in this role you must be NEBOSH qualified with experience as a Senior Advisor in a manufacturing or engineering-led environment.
The role
1. Maintain, update and implement all HSE documentation for the sites
2. Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
3. Keep business leaders and site teams up to date with all Health & Safety expectations and legislation
4. Encourage and monitor reporting,municating effectively solutions and improvements to the wider business
5. Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations for the site
6. Liaise with external auditors when necessary
The candidate
7. NEBOSH General Certificate (Minimum)
8. Experience managing HSE Matters in a manufacturing setting
9. IEMA or similar environmental qualifications would be advantageous
10. A hands-on attitude to Health & Safety willing to muck in
