Who we are looking for A Software Development Team Leader, who will coordinate and drive team efforts to deliver software solutions.
The Offers team is responsible for building and maintaining real-time event based systems that support the Company’s desire to quickly and easily create new bonus mechanics, without input from technical teams.
You will be responsible for building and leading a team of software developers with varying experience and skillsets, focusing on people, processes, delivery and governance. You will measure quality and delivery, contribute and drive improvements, maintaining a solid technical understanding of systems and remain close to the solutions being developed.

Extensive commercial development experience.
Proven track record in leading teams to deliver high quality solutions.
Server side development such as Services, Systems, Messaging, Middleware.
Frontend development experience, such as React and Typescript.
Good database application programming ability.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple streams of activity, shifting focus regularly.
Enforcing governance around quality, rules, standards and processes within the team.
Identifying and mitigating risk.
Inputting into the developer’s appraisals and other performance feedback.
