As a small Carpentry Contractor and Builder, OSL Contracts are looking for a professional to assist our small team based in our office in North West Chelmsford. You will be responsible for the creation of sales invoices, processing of purchase invoices, bank transactions, to include input of these onto our Xero Accounting system.
Preparation of VAT, CIS and PAYE returns, and creation of monthly management information.
Experience with either full factoring or invoice discounting would be an advantage but not essential.
The role will also include raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to keep the business processes efficient and streamlined.
This role is 5 days a week from 08:00am till 4pm with a hour for lunch. Monday to Friday.
