As our Drawings & Records Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our Compliance Records Database and National Drawings Database. Reporting to the Health & Safety Records Manager you will ensure our records are accurate, accessible, and up to date—supporting projects that keep our business running safely and efficiently. You’ll be part of a collaborative Health & Safety Governance and Assurance Team, where your work directly contributes to compliance, safety, and operational excellence. About The Role Maintaining the compliance records and drawings. Including the upload of records provided by internal contacts, consultants and contractors. Handling user permissions and data transfers across systems. Collating project handover files and extracting key information and converting CAD format drawings into PDF format, to aid requests. Supporting the Drawing Technician in the data collation and preparation of drawings for frame revisions. Analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. About You Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiar with AutoCAD software (essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with large, complex datasets. A professional approach with an understanding of confidentiality.
