We're partnering with a high-growth, B-Corp health & wellness brand. With a strong international presence and a loyal customer base, the business is scaling rapidly-and they're looking for a Commercial Manager to lead expansion across the Middle East & Africa.
What You'll Be Doing:
As Commercial Manager, you'll own the P&L and lead the commercial strategy across a network of key distributors in the MEA region. This isn't just about hitting numbers-it's about building true partnerships, ensuring brand consistency, and identifying the right levers for sustainable growth.
You'll work closely with regional distributors, supporting them on everything from pricing and planning to in-market execution. You'll be the glue between Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing, ensuring the brand shows up brilliantly in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of commercial performance and distributor relationships across MEA
* Co-developing annual business plans, investment strategies, and in-market execution
* Driving forecast accuracy, pricing strategy, and promotional planning
* Leading business reviews and aligning distributor activity with global objectives
* Identifying new opportunities for market expansion, NPD, and strategic improvements
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2 years of experience managing FMCG distributors
* Exposure to Middle East markets is highly desirable
* A commercially-minded operator who thrives on accountability and growth
* Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for brand building
* A natural relationship builder with confidence managing cross-functional stakeholders
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
