2nd Line Support Engineer (MSP)Location: Near NorwichSalary: up to £35k
CloudScope are recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a growing and dynamic IT Managed Service Provider based near Norewich. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of local businesses, supporting their IT infrastructure both remotely and on-site.
We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of IT support experience, ideally in a client-facing role or with excellent communication skills.
The Role
* Provide 2nd line support to a portfolio of over 300 local businesses
* A mix of field-based and remote work
* Install and maintain PCs and network devices
* Install servers and manage server environments
* Assist with project management on IT infrastructure projects
The Candidate
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support
* Experience with Office 365
* Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows networks and Windows operating systems
* Hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting Windows desktop OS, networks, and some server environments
* Full UK driving licence
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Desirable
* Microsoft certification (e.g. MCP)
* Previous experience working within a managed services environment
