Develop, implement, and improve PP&C processes across multiple facilities.
1. Produce training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
2. Deliver training sessions, audits, and capability assessments.
3. Generate performance and capability reports for decision-making.
4. Collaborate with facility managers and cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency.
5. Identify improvements, share best practices, and resolve process issues.
6. Support capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Align PP&C activities with programme build strategies and governance requirements.
The Production Planning & Control (PP&C) team is responsible for developing, reviewing, and improving processes, documentation, and training to support successful project delivery. This role contributes to audits, process reviews, and updates, ensuring team members have the capability and resources to perform effectively. On smaller projects, the position leads PP&C activities; on larger ones, it works in partnership with the PP&C Manager. The role involves coaching colleagues, monitoring performance, and evolving PP&C practices for various project needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Knowledge of PP&C policies, processes, and systems.
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and data analysis.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, and SAP S/4HANA.
* Ability to deliver training, conduct audits, and manage KPIs.
* Understanding of governance frameworks and best practice sharing.
* Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and performance.
