Cover Supervisors - Lancaster & Kendal - Class & Teaching Support We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join schools in the Lancaster and Kendal areas. This role involves supporting teaching staff by covering lessons and supervising classes, helping maintain smooth day-to-day school operations. Location: Lancaster & Kendal Contract: Long-term / ongoing ⏰ Hours: Full-time or part-time options available Pay: Competitive daily rate The Role: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher Deliver pre-planned lessons or learning activities Support students' learning and maintain behaviour standards Assist teachers with classroom management and administrative tasks Ensure students remain engaged and safe during lessons The Ideal Candidate: Experience working in schools (teaching or classroom support desirable) Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, professional, and adaptable Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with students of all ages Flexible and able to cover multiple subjects if needed Why Apply?
