Overview

Early Years Practitioner - Greswold Primary School, Solihull

Greswold Greyhounds is the school\'s wraparound childcare setting. We are looking for a vibrant and hard‑working Early Years Practitioner to work with our youngest children in this provision.

The role is offered on a fixed term contract until 20 July 2026 and paid on Band B – £24,796 – £25,583 pro rata. Actual salary (based on Nov – July) circa £7,800. The role is 32.5 hours per week, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break, term time only. Extra hours in our before & after‑school club and holiday club may be available.

The post includes working daily with our children, planning, setting up and providing opportunities for learning and play. Due to the age of the children, the applicant must be willing and able to participate in personal care. The successful applicant will be confident and friendly when communicating with children, colleagues and parents.
