Job Description:
The ideal candidate will drive marketing-related outcomes across one or more projects/products. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can initiate workstreams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and lead strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead marketing initiatives for designated projects/products by initiating and managing workstreams.
* Conduct and guide user research, market analysis, and insights to make informed business recommendations.
* Develop user journeys and a cohesive user lifecycle strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Identify key opportunities to drive user growth, enhance engagement with new features, and increase adoption of existing ones.
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and plans in coordination with sales and marketing leadership.
* Contribute to project scoping, resource allocation, and priority management across multiple technical initiatives.
* Set ambitious, measurable goals and evaluate success using data-driven methods.
* Design and implement structured project plans and strategic approaches.
* Manage competing stakeholder interests while keeping relevant parties informed of potential challenges.
* Proactively identify and propose new business opportunities beyond your immediate scope.
* Prioritize high-impact initiatives and make independent, sound business decisions.
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge:
* Brand Management:
Experience defining, positioning, and enhancing brands through advertising, digital marketing, and partner events.
* Campaign Management:
Knowledge of the full campaign lifecycle — from planning and strategy to execution and performance reporting.
* Client/Partner Management & Advising:
Ability to influence and lead partners and stakeholders as a trusted advisor, manage expectations, and gain commitment through effective communication and storytelling.
* Consumer Behaviour:
Understanding digital and traditional consumer behaviours and how they shape product strategies and sales processes.
* Data Analysis & Synthesis:
Skilled in analysing data to draw insights, propose solutions, and inform business strategies.
* Go-To-Market Strategy:
Experience bringing products to market, incorporating user feedback, and enhancing product-market fit.
* Industry Knowledge:
Awareness of evolving industry trends, key market players, and technologies impacting business operations.
* Marketing Briefs:
Ability to craft clear and actionable briefs outlining marketing goals and objectives.
* Product Positioning:
Proficient in communicating product features, benefits, and messaging tailored to the target audience.
* Situational Leadership:
Confidently engage with senior leadership to present ideas, defend strategies, and manage challenging conversations professionally.
* Storytelling:
Use data to craft compelling narratives that inspire, influence, and gain buy-in from various audiences.
