Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in the Gloucester area, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Manager to join their team on an immediate basis for an ongoing assignment that could potentially lead to permanent employment.

What's involved?
Working on a shift basis, including weekends
Responsible for the front desk and team while on shift
Report any issues or incidents to the Front Office Manager
Duty manager shifts as and when required
Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP's, corporate and regular guests
Liaising with all departments on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential, and with excellent people skills as well as a friendly manner. Also able to work under pressure but remain calm and confident.
Preferably 12 months of experience as a Reception Manager or Front Office Manager
Must have Opera PMS or similar as limited training
Immediately available with no prior commitments, such as notice or holidays, as we need someone who can commit for a min. of 4 weeks
Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
