The Role
We’re expanding our award-winning team and looking for a Case Manager to join us at our Southport head office. In this role, you’ll be the key person ensuring a mortgage case progresses smoothly — working closely with a dedicated broker and support team to guide landlord clients from application to completion, while maintaining our 5-star reputation at every stage.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys switching gears, and keeps the goal of excellent client outcomes in mind.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Validating client documentation meticulously and maintaining organized records.
* Accurately inputting data into lender portals, ensuring completeness.
* Liaising with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, estate agents, and clients to keep cases progressing.
* Managing expectations with honesty and professionalism — we under-promise and over-deliver.
* Supporting brokers by handling case administration and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proactive, confident, and “I’ve got this” attitude.
* Friendly and professional telephone manner (we prioritize human interaction).
* Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written communication skills — clear, calm, and informative emails.
* Experience in financial services, mortgage administration, or similar regulated roles.
* CeMAP qualification is a bonus but not required.
* Discretion, integrity, and the ability to juggle changing priorities effectively.
