I'm currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm in South Manchester that’s looking to expand its Real Estate Finance team with the appointment of a driven and commercially focused solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Finance specialist with 3+ years PQE to join a top-tier practice known for its high-quality work and entrepreneurial spirit.

The Role:
You’ll join an established and busy team advising on a broad range of real estate finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers. You'll be involved in:
* Secured lending transactions involving both residential and commercial property
* Bridging finance and development finance
* Acting for challenger banks, bridging lenders, and private investors
* Supporting clients from term sheet through to post-completion
* Liaising with borrowers, lenders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage deadlines and ensure smooth completions
This is a client-facing role with plenty of autonomy and progression potential. You’ll also be supported by paralegal and admin resource to allow you to focus on fee-earning and relationship management.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (3+ years PQE)
* Strong experience in real estate finance / secured lending
* Ability to manage transactions independently from instruction to post-completion
* Comfortable liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, and agents
* A proactive, commercially aware mindset with a genuine interest in property finance
* Experience with bridging or development finance is highly desirable
