About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Marketing Executive to take ownership of social media across a portfolio of consumer‑focused brands within a well‑established, multi‑site business.
This is not a desk‑only role. You’ll be out on location capturing content, telling brand stories, and bringing experiences to life across multiple platforms. From planning and filming content to writing copy and analysing performance, you’ll manage the full social media lifecycle end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
* Plan, create and deliver engaging social media content across multiple platforms and brands
* Produce photo and video content on‑site, including editing and post‑production
* Write compelling copy tailored to different audiences and brand tones
* Schedule and publish content using appropriate tools and platforms
* Manage approximately 21 social media channels across the brand portfolio
Brand & Campaign Delivery
* Adapt tone of voice and messaging depending on brand identity
* Support campaigns, launches and seasonal promotions through social channels
* Ensure content aligns with wider marketing strategy and brand guidelines
* Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with internal teams across multiple sites including hospitality and retail teams
* Coordinate with the wider marketing team to align content with business objectives
* Communicate confidently with stakeholders to gather content and approvals
Performance & Organisation
* Monitor engagement and performance metrics across platforms
* Identify opportunities to improve audience growth and content performance
* Manage multiple priorities across brands with strong organisation and time management
About You
* Minimum 1 year of social media experience within a business environment
* Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands
* Confident creating content independently (photo, video and copy)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
* Genuine passion for social media as a long‑term career path
* Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
* Hospitality, food, retail, lifestyle or consumer brand experience would be beneficial
* Agency experience managing multiple clients would also be advantageous
* Full driving licence and access to transport (required due to site travel)
