The Job
As a Payment Coordinator, youll be at the heart of the payments team, making sure subcontractors and employees are paid correctly and on schedule. Youll own your own client portfolio, building strong relationships while providing a first-class service.
Day to day, youll:
* Process timesheets, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently
* Manage client reconciliations and resolve payroll or tax queries
* Provide agencies with up-to-date, accurate information when they need it
* Support compliance with RTI regulations and debt recovery procedures
* Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
This is a full-time, office-based role in Chester (MonFri, 95:30) with a salary of £25,275 plus a great benefits package.
