Overview

An organised individual is required to provide reception and clerical support for patients and health care professionals based within Leven Health Centre. We are looking for a positive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as your primary role will be providing an appointment booking service to the public. IT proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. A working knowledge of TIARA and TrakCare (electronic patient booking systems) would be advantageous.


Responsibilities

* Provide reception and clerical support for patients and health care professionals based within Leven Health Centre.
* Deliver an appointment booking service to the public with clear, courteous communication.
* Prioritise and manage day-to-day workload with minimal supervision, and work both independently and as part of a wider team.


Qualifications and Experience

* Previous reception and clerical experience is required.
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload without immediate supervision.
* Adaptability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* IT proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; working knowledge of TIARA and TrakCare (electronic patient booking systems) would be advantageous.
* Previous experience in an NHS setting would be desirable.

* The ability to travel is required for training purposes or to cover for other colleagues.
