Join Veterinary Instrumentation as an Operations Assistant. This role covers a wide variety of warehouse jobs and work including picking, checking, packing and dispatch of goods.
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8:45am – 4:45pm).
About the role
1. Select goods for customer sales orders from their designated 'fixed' stock locations
2. Undertake the full range of tasks such as picking, packing, ownership of distributor orders on arotabasis to ensure variety and shared workload
3. Ensure stock rotation by selecting oldest stock either through date or batch identification
4. Securely pack sales orders inappropriate transitpackaging & attach the customer's address label
5. Carry out stock replenishment where a bin is empty and overflow stock exists
6. Processcustomer returnedgoodsthat simply need restocking, as per written process
7. Assume responsibilities foradditionaltasksrequiredfor ensuring smooth running of warehouse
8. To ensure the highest standard ofhousekeepingwithin the warehouse
9. To fullycomply withall Health and Safety requirements and instruction given
10. Cover other duties as may be requested from time to time by any member of theWarehouseDepartmentorManagement Team
