About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Checkout team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. You will own and evolve critical parts of the customer journey, solve meaningful user problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and help Moonpig continue its mission to become the Ultimate Gifting Companion. You’ll work with a cross-functional squad of Designers, Engineers, Analysts, Researchers and Data Scientists to optimise the checkout experience for millions of customers, using experimentation, insights and customer-centric design.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the discovery, design and delivery of features that improve the checkout experience
* Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, content creation, and insights
* Run A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes
* Partner with marketing and commercial teams to support launches and boost adoption
* Communicate priorities and progress clearly across the business
* Champion customer needs throughout the product development lifecycle
About you
* Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital or ecommerce environment
* Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science)
* Strong problem-solving mindset focused on customer needs
* Confident using data and experimentation to guide decisions
* Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
* Familiar with A/B testing tools and methodologies

* Experience in ecommerce or high-volume digital products
* Familiarity with AI tools in product workflows
