About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Resident Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Surrey. This is a hands-on role where you'll act as the face of the development, supporting residents, managing tenancies, and ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for residents, providing exceptional service and communication.
* Managing tenancy processes including viewings, check-ins, inspections, and check-outs.
* Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
* Monitoring compliance, health & safety, and property standards across the development.
* Building strong community relationships with residents, local partners, and stakeholders.
* Driving retention by fostering a positive resident experience and addressing concerns early.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in residential property, hospitality, or customer service, with strong people skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage complex situations.
* Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently.
* A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
