Payment Engagement Manager
Edenred PayTech

We are now hiring a Payments Engagement Manager to join our growing Market Success business unit within Edenred PayTech.
The Payment Engagement Manager is part of the PayTech Market Success organization and supports delivery across three business lines (BLs). This is a key position to bridge PayTech's product expertise and platform with client engagement for project and service delivery.
The role involves high-level requirements documentation, business analysis, and liaising with PayTech Product and Engineering teams. It includes proposing solutions to meet client needs, identifying gaps in PayTech offerings, and advising on reusing existing services, all aligned with PayTech's roadmap.
What you will be doing:
* Support the implementation of PayTech's go-to-market delivery across all business lines, acting as the go-to contact for expertise and supporting project management with product knowledge.
* Provide value to business lines using payment expertise and knowledge of PayTech services, offering solutions primarily through standard out-of-the-box options.
* Capture and document client requirements clearly for product teams, including business cases and value propositions.
* Produce detailed functional specifications for implementation and testing.
* Create supporting documentation such as process overviews, case studies, and brochures.
* Ensure requirements are delivered to technical teams, resolving queries and ensuring prerequisites are met.
* Maintain overall client satisfaction within Edenred's business lines.
* Engage proactively with clients and represent the company's values, adhering to policies and processes.
