The Role
The firm seeks to hire a Head of Dorking office, likely a Family Partner, overseeing a team of 10 and collaborating with equity partners across offices in Mayfair, Essex, and South London.
You will lead the office strategy, mentor junior staff, and have prospects for future equity partnership.
The caseload will include high-quality, HNW family law matters such as divorce, prenuptial agreements, and private children work. You will have autonomy and support to shape the role and office.
* Must be a Family Partner with at least 7 years PQE (no upper limit)
* Management experience is preferred
* Leadership qualities and skills are essential
* Salary is negotiable, with an excellent bonus structure based on performance
