About the role
The Maintenance Person will perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, inspect, log, and report for specialist maintenance. Responsibilities include minor repairs, painting, furniture building, changing light bulbs, unblocking toilets, and gardening. Supporting health and safety to ensure hazard-free environments is also required. Travel between sites is expected.
Brookside is a modern residential care home for adults with disabilities, located in Edgware, North London, offering a person-centered, flexible approach to care, including activities like fitness classes, sports, and healthy eating support. Independent living and nursing care are also provided onsite.
Bradbury Court in Harrow provides responsive residential care for 21 adults with physical disabilities, featuring modern facilities and a welcoming environment.
