Senior Marketing Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)
Location: Birmingham (hybrid)
Salary: up to £49k (depending on skills and experience)

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be involved in:
Primary Focus
* Own Stage Gate timings for end-to-end nameplate projects and escalate delivery risks
* Track and report on nameplate reveal content
* Communicate key deadlines and inputs across Accenture and JLR teams
Project Management
* Forecast Demand Capacity and share updates with stakeholders
* Maintain dashboards to monitor project health
* Attend and lead client/agency briefings as the delivery expert
Accountability
* Manage expectations and launch timings with JLR
* Present Stage Gate timings via Accenture Master Brief Project Response
* Identify and mitigate risks to delivery and SLA impact
Collaboration
* Keep departments informed on project status and reveal updates
* Attend weekly launch meetings and global brand sessions
* Build strong relationships across Accenture Song and JLR teams
Qualification
* Sound working knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix
* Experience working in an advertising agency is essential
* Innovative and strategic approach to problem-solving
* Flair for multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work efficiently and accurately
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Financial acumen including estimating and budget tracking
* Experience in a client-facing role
* Experience project managing global processes
* Adept at working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
* People management experience
* Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
* Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for Mac
* Understanding of a global account including roll-out to Markets
* Able to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
* Able to articulate and present ideas with conviction - excellent presentation skills (both in-person and via phone)
* A clear communicator, in person and writing
* Highly organised and flexible
* Automotive experience would be beneficial
