A well-established and respected law firm in the Northwest is seeking a motivated Fee Earner/Litigation Executive to join one of their teams. You'd be handling MOJ and non-MOJ personal injury matters. The role involves managing a varied caseload, taking initial client instructions, progressing claims through the MOJ Portal, liaising with clients, and negotiating settlements with insurers.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
* PQE: 2+ years handling MOJ and personal injury claims
* Experience managing liability disputes and personal injury caseloads
* Skilled in using case management systems (e.g., Proclaim)
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Ability to formulate case strategy and assess liability
* Experience in negotiating settlements with third-party insurers
* Knowledge of SRA regulations and compliance standards
