You will become a trusted partner to our sales organisation, guiding new and experienced colleagues as they build the knowledge, behaviors and commercial mindset required to succeed. Your days will be varied and meaningful, moving between delivering interactive training, supporting field based coaching, adapting global content for local needs and collaborating with leaders to close capability gaps. You will help teams grow their understanding of our products, clinical pathways and competitive landscape, while also strengthening essential selling skills. Your influence will reach across the business as you mentor field trainers, support onboarding, and ensure that learning is practical, relevant and focused on helping people perform at their best. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role means being a confident facilitator, an effective coach and a commercially minded learning partner who is driven by helping others grow. You will bring: Strong experience in commercial sales, training or marketing within medtech or a related industry Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, grounded in adult learning principles and interactive delivery Strong understanding of selling skills and commercial behaviours that drive impactful customer experiences The ability to collaborate, influence and work independently You.
