The Role
:
As a Senior Revit Technician, you will play a pivotal role in creating and overseeing technical drawings, collaborating with various stakeholders for project delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Independently manage tasks with self-motivation and productivity.
2. Attend technical meetings, contributing to project technicalities.
3. Support senior staff and manage junior team workload.
4. Supervise junior staff workload, assigning tasks, and providing necessary coaching and motivation.
5. Identify and address training needs for junior team members.
6. Support in drafting fee proposals, accurately estimating time for each task.
7. Aid in the company's marketing strategy across various platforms including social media.
8. Contribute to enhancing internal systems, standards, software, and practices.
9. Attend site visits as necessary.
10. Take a proactive approach to address critical issues.
Requirements:
11. Previously worked as a Revit Technician or in a similar role.
12. Experience in developing project CAD & BIM procedures.
13. Demonstrated expertise in CAD, Revit, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) for building and structural design purposes.
14. Understanding of financial aspects like agreed fees and project budget management.
15. Relevant civil / structural engineering qualification (HNC / HND). (Beneficial)
