The Trampery is seeking a sales professional to serve as our Sales and Partnerships Manager. This role focuses on driving membership growth, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing community engagement. About The Trampery

The Trampery is a purpose‑led enterprise dedicated to making business a positive force in society. It provides workspaces, venues, training and management services in pursuit of its mission.

Today The Trampery operates six campuses across the city, from 10‑90,000 square feet. It works with a variety of property partners including developers, local authorities and public institutions. B Corp certified, The Trampery actively supports new forms of enterprise that solve social or environmental problems. It also offers dedicated support to entrepreneurs from under‑represented backgrounds, helping to rebalance London’s unequal business community. More than 2000 entrepreneurs, innovators and creative businesses have called The Trampery home.


Role

* Sales and Partnerships Manager
* Full‑time, permanent
* Monday – Friday (37.5 hrs per week)
* Base salary £36,000 + BONUS
* Location Old Street, London, EC1V 9EY, and Peckham SE15 4ST or any other Trampery site
* Start Date ASAP (applications will close before the deadline if high volume is received)
* Reports to Head of Sales and Leasing


Responsibilities

* Sales & Leasing
o Lead promotional strategies for Studio and Desk memberships to maintain high occupancy rates.
o Identify and engage potential businesses and charities, with a focus on sectors such as impact‑led and tech enterprises, including Med‑Tech, and diverse leadership groups.
o Generate and manage the sales pipeline, convert enquiries into sales, and conduct facility tours and viewings.
o Utilise CRM to manage leads from enquiry through to contract; produce detailed monthly sales reports.
o Handle administrative tasks including agreements, licence and lease renewals, and member off‑boarding processes.
* Partnership Management
o Develop and lead partnership strategies to enhance business growth and partnership engagement.
o Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure high member retention and satisfaction.
o Represent The Trampery at external events, promoting and advocating for the community.
o Maintain and expand partner relationships, manage sector‑focused partnerships, and respond to partner requests.
* Marketing and Events
o Collaborate with the Marketing Team for content for the website and social media, and support the creation of sales and marketing materials.
o Create engaging presentations for partners and potential members to promote the space.
* Additional Responsibilities
o Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve broader social and organisational targets.
o Foster an informed and confident culture of inclusivity across the organisation, actively promoting equality, diversity and belonging in all community‑facing and internal practices.


Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years in sales or business development, preferably in impact‑led or entrepreneurial environments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
* Familiarity with Old Street’s startup and social impact ecosystem and Peckham’s grassroots creative scene (plus).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to nurture and grow business relationships.
* Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and managing pipelines.
* Aligned with The Trampery’s mission and values.
