Pay: £162 - £251pd
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of a mastery Maths curriculum.
* Guide and support Maths teachers in planning, teaching, and assessment practices.
* Analyse data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
* Support department-wide collaboration through shared planning time.
* Mentor and develop staff alongside senior leadership.
* Foster a learning culture that aligns with the school’s REACH values: Resilience, Empathy, Ambition, Curiosity, and Humanity.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A degree in Maths education or a related field.
* Strong understanding of mastery teaching approaches.
* A proven track record of raising attainment in Maths.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
