Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with NQ-4 PQE to join a highly regarded and specialist family law team in Swansea. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while being supported by experienced senior solicitors within a structured and well‑established team. The work is varied and engaging, with exposure to both straightforward and complex matters.
The role will involve:
* Handling a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedies, and private children work.
* Advising clients on sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
* Managing client relationships and providing clear, practical advice.
* Drafting legal documents and preparing cases for negotiation or court proceedings where required.
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with NQ-4 PQE in family law.
* Have strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
* Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to developing your career.
