Job Description

3. Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently and accurately.
4. Assist with month-end financial reporting and reconciliations.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Support the Accounting & Finance team with general administrative tasks.
7. Respond to internal and external queries related to financial matters.
8. Monitor and report on accounts payable and receivable.
9. Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
10. Prepare financial documentation for audits as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
