We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Measham team in the position of Planning Manager.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following:

Manage day to day and long term planning of stock, production schedules and cost effective delivery areas, providing a link between customer service, manufacturing and transport planning.

* Managing stock profile and stock levels for each factory / distribution location as required
* Monitor and maintain cost effective delivery areas and sources of supply
* Produce production schedules for each factory
* Provide accurate commercial stock forecasts
* To operate within budgetary and business guidelines
* Collation and distribution of reports in relation to stock levels and transfers
* Communicating specific stock constraints or campaigns to internal and external sales teams and other relevant departments.
* Achieving service levels to meet customer expectations
* Categorising stock for all locations
* Maintain JDE product data
* Purchasing of bought finished goods
* Management of brick cutting process with external suppliers
* Ongoing development of JDE based planning processes
* Provide cover for colleagues when required
