Our client a leading UK retailer that sells tools, accessories, and building supplies to both professional tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts through a multi-channel approach, including over 550 stores and online services located in Redditch are recruiting for Warehouse operatives.
Fixed Twilight Shift:
* 14.00 - 22.00 Monday to Friday
* £13.25 per hour for standard hours
* £19.88 per hour after 37.5 hours completed.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing of tools and accessories
* Use technology, such as scanners or headsets, to locate and retrieve specific products.
* Pick the correct quantity and type of items, ensuring accuracy.
* Stock replenishment of pick locations, either manually or using warehouse equipment.
* Assist with stock counts and audits.
* Monitor and report on stock levels to ensure adequate supply.
Tools and Equipment:
* Technology: Handheld scanners, computer systems, or headsets for receiving pick instructions and tracking orders.
* Equipment: Pallet trucks, forklifts (if trained), and stretch-wrapping machines.
