Science Teacher - Supply RoleLocation: BoltonStart Date: September 2026Contract Type: Supply / TemporarySalary: £160 - £230 per dayScience Teacher Required - BoltonSpencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with secondary schools across Bolton who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their teams on a supply basis from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Science Teacher who is looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a positive impact in local schools. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we would love to hear from you. The Role

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum where required.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Encourage curiosity and enthusiasm for scientific learning.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support student achievement.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A passion for inspiring young people and raising attainment.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
