Customer Advisor – TradePoint
Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
UK Notional hourly rate: £13.10 per hour (inclusive of an £0.54 per hour store‑specific location allowance)

Overview
Part time – 20 hours per week. 3‑month fixed‑term contract. Fixed shift rota Monday‑Sunday, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the face of the Tradepoint counter, dealing with trade members every day.
* Take ownership of TradePoint members and build relationships to understand their business.
* Recommend and sell products and services that meet members’ needs.
* Promote and sign up members to the trade loyalty scheme.
* Continuously develop skills through training and learning from colleagues.
* Work flexibly on a rota that may include weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills – able to work with a variety of colleagues and customers.
* Ability to adapt your approach to different situations.
* Relationship‑building skill set with an eye for new business opportunities.
* Enthusiasm for helping trade members get value for themselves and their clients.
* Willingness to pitch in as part of a team.
