About the Role
Key responsibilities:
Manage Commercials from inception, strategy stage through to contract award. Establish open and competitive procedures. Ensure consistency of scope documentation and alignment of Client needs and requirements within the entire contract suite and negotiation. Liaise with Legal teams to draft and contract terms and conditions. Ensure agreed targets are met. Deliver strategic, high risk, high value, contracts and frameworks. Manage key Commercial risks developing appropriate strategies and undertaking pre and post contract award negotiations, in order to achieve value for money. Influencing senior stakeholders and Suppliers towards Commercial solutions with the ability to resolve disputes.
Minimum Requirement: Strategic Relationship Manager/ Strong SRM experience/ NEC / construction commercial experience.
