Salary & Benefits
1. £58,000–£68,000 per annum

6. Work for one practice at one site (no PCN multi-site working)
Workload & Structure
7. Full-time across 4 or 5 days
8. Hybrid model: minimum 2 days on-site, remainder from home (if desired)
9. Independent Prescribing role within primary care
10. Core work includes medication review clinics and general medicines management
11. Opportunity to develop clinics in: Hypertension Minor illness / acute presentations Triage-style consultations (if desired)
