1. Basic Salary: £28,500
2. OTE: £35,000

Our client is a Main Dealer which is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its team in Dunfermline. This is a stable site with a lot of repeat customers and is a Monday - Friday only position.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
13. To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
14. Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.
15. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
16. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers' full understanding and authorisation.
17. Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
18. Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.

20. Strong organisational skills.
21. Experience within the automotive sector.
22. Strong customer service skills.
23. An understanding of vehicles and common issues.
