Digital Marketing Coordinator – Details:
1. Office-based role in Letchworth
2. £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Digital Marketing Coordinator – Responsibilities:
7. Manage and update website content using the CMS, ensuring all pages are engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised
8. Collaborate with external PPC and digital agencies to enhance online visibility and performance
9. Plan, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn)
10. Create and deliver digital assets including graphics, blogs, email campaigns, and newsletters
11. Work closely with sales and bookings teams to align campaigns with key product promotions
12. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights
13. Produce regular marketing reports and suggest improvements based on performance data
14. Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone and messaging, targeting multiple customer personas
Digital Marketing Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:
15. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
16. Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on digital marketing experience
17. Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing approaches
18. Confident using CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
19. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
20. Skilled in content creation and copywriting with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with SEO, PPC and CRM systems beneficial
21. A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
