About the Role
As Production Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations-overseeing production scheduling, certification processes, stock management, and quality control, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and government bodies. From planning and monitoring production to representing the business at industry events, you'll make a real impact.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 DOE

Lead operational planning and production scheduling.
Ensure compliance with certification standards.
Manage stock movements and consumable forecasting.
Drive quality control and maintain high operational standards.
Oversee audits and maintain compliance
Support and develop your team through training, appraisals, and on-boarding.
Act as a key customer contact, resolving queries and providing expert advice.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in production management or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
